Section 01

General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gc777 ("gc777", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gc777 website located at gc777.bio, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the gc777 platform.

gc777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Section 02

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on gc777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gc777 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all balances — including any winnings derived from deposits made while underage — will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must be registering from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling activity in your jurisdiction before registering.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on gc777. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gc777 reserves the right to merge the accounts, close all but one, and void any bonuses claimed across the duplicated accounts. Winnings generated through bonus funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited entirely.

Account Obligations & Security

As a registered gc777 player, you are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. You must keep your gc777 username and password strictly confidential. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on gc777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gc777 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees or exchange rate markups to player account balances. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your gc777 wallet in BDT, with no deduction beyond any applicable transaction fee levied by your chosen payment provider.

gc777 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from Bangladesh-registered accounts: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your account status, verification tier, and jurisdiction. gc777 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods without prior notice.

• Deposits: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed in real time for the vast majority of transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your gc777 wallet. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the gc777 payments team and processed within the timeframe specified in the cashier section of the platform. Withdrawals are only released to payment accounts that match the name on the gc777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds being returned to the player's gc777 wallet balance.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

gc777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to cultural occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. • One Bonus Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, shared device, IP address, and payment account. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts is a violation of the one-account policy and these bonus terms.

Section 06

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

gc777 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gc777 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using gc777 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime is strictly prohibited. gc777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units in the investigation of suspected financial crime.

All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format offered on gc777 is prohibited. This includes communicating hand information, deliberately losing to a colluding partner, or any form of chip dumping.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, software errors, or display anomalies to gain credits, winnings, or any other benefit that would not otherwise be available under normal platform operation is prohibited. Any winnings derived from a known technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account, to the gc777 administrative systems, or to the underlying game software or server infrastructure is prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable cybercrime legislation.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider after placing bets with those funds constitutes fraudulent conduct. gc777 reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks through all available legal means.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at gc777 support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Section 07

Account Suspension & Closure

gc777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a player has violated any provision of these Terms, has provided false or misleading registration information, or has engaged in any conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gc777 support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, gc777 will process any valid pending withdrawals before closing the account. Players who wish to self-exclude rather than simply close their account should refer to the gc777 Responsible Gaming page for the appropriate self-exclusion process, which carries additional protections beyond standard account closure.

• Suspension: A temporary suspension may be applied to an account pending investigation of a suspected policy violation, a disputed transaction, or a third-party complaint. During a suspension, the player cannot log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. gc777 will endeavour to resolve the grounds for suspension within a reasonable timeframe.
• Permanent Closure (Platform-Initiated): Where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, gc777 may permanently close the account. Depending on the nature of the breach, the account balance may be partially or fully forfeited. gc777 will provide a written summary of the closure reason to the registered email address where legally permissible.
• Voluntary Closure (Player-Initiated): Players who close their account voluntarily with a positive balance will have their remaining withdrawable balance paid out to their last verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements being satisfied.
• Reopening a Closed Account: Players who have voluntarily closed their account (not self-excluded) may request account reactivation by contacting support. gc777 will review the request and may require re-verification of identity documents before reactivating. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the expiry of the self-exclusion period.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability & Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, gc777, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the gc777 platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, platform downtime, game malfunctions, delayed payment processing, or unauthorised account access resulting from a player's own security negligence.

gc777 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party game provider outages, and network disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. gc777 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows to registered players in advance.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a bonus calculation, a transaction processing issue, or any other aspect of your gc777 account, you must submit a complaint to the gc777 support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed event occurring. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be reviewed. gc777 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a resolution within 10 business days.

gc777 decisions on disputed matters are made in good faith based on the available technical evidence, including server-side game logs, transaction records, and account activity data. These records are maintained by gc777 and represent the authoritative record of platform activity. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's account of events and gc777's server records, the server records shall be treated as definitive.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before accepting them, and that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily and with full understanding of its provisions.
